Sr. Supplier Quality Engineer

We are seeking a Senior Supplier Quality Engineer to lead supplier quality performance, drive continuous improvement, and serve as a technical authority across supplier, manufacturing, and engineering functions. This role requires strong independence, decision‑making capability, and the ability to influence suppliers and internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

* Lead supplier quality management activities, including audits, performance reviews, and corrective action closure

* Own supplier corrective and preventive action processes and ensure sustainable improvements

* Lead new supplier qualification and new part approval activities

* Analyze quality trends, reduce DPPM, and mitigate supply risk

* Partner with Engineering, Purchasing, and Operations to improve product and process quality

* Support and lead internal, customer, and certification audits

* Mentor and provide technical guidance to Quality Engineers and technicians

Qualifications:

* Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related technical field

* 8+ years of experience in Supplier Quality or Manufacturing Quality Engineering

* Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes and quality systems

* Proven experience with root cause analysis, Lean / Six Sigma methodologies, and supplier development

* Experience working independently with suppliers and cross‑functional teams

* Electronics / PCBA experience and IPC knowledge are a plus
