Summary

Nordson Industrial Coating Solutions is seeking an experienced and highly motivated individual to join our team.

• Follow established assembly procedures to ensure quality production.
• Read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and wiring diagrams to assemble components.
• Use hand and small power tools, such as screwdrivers, wrenches, and drills, to assemble components.
• Assemble components, fixtures, and accessories according to established specifications and instructions.
• Perform final assembly of components, fixtures, and accessories.
• Use various measuring and testing devices, such as multimeters and megohmmeter, to ensure quality and accuracy of assemblies.
• Set up test apparatus and conduct tests of production assemblies and units following methods and procedures.
• Troubleshoot and resolve basic assembly issues, such as fitting and alignment problems.
• Follow safety procedures and guidelines in the assembly process.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Cross‑train to support other product lines as needed.

• HS diploma or equivalent.
• General assembly experience desired.

• Organizational skills.
• Ability to read and understand blueprints.
• Ability to resolve basic assembly issues.
