• Follow established work instructions and company procedures to ensure safe, quality production.
• Ability to set up tool registers, mills, lathes, drills, Bridgeport, switches, offsets, and intermediate programming CNC computerized equipment for defined runs with limited supervision or assistance.
• Ability to run and set up Swiss tool machines and twin spindle lathes.
• Ability to run and set up pallet changers and horizontal mills and vertical mills.
• Responsible for routine machinery maintenance and running visual tests on broken or worn parts while keeping inventory of machine replacement parts.
• Understand flow of production and how their production affects plant metrics and customers.
• Fluent and well‑versed in blueprint interpretation and title block GD&T and capable of determining key and critical characteristics.
• Ability to utilize calipers, gauges, indicators, micrometers, and other hand tools related to the occupation.
• Follow safety procedures and guidelines in the assembly process.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Cross‑train on other equipment as needed.
• Other duties as assigned.
