Job Summary

Nordson Industrial Coating Solutions is seeking an experienced Warehouse Technician to perform shipping, receiving, and inventory control duties in a manufacturing environment.

• Perform quality checks on all outgoing and incoming shipments.
• Maintain attendance, ensure reliability, and complete tasks to schedule.
• Locate and pull correct parts based on order details; stock kanbans; pack, label, and ship parts orders.
• Use spray foam and pre‑shaped foam inserts to secure items in shipping boxes.
• Process domestic UPS and Fed Ex orders via shipping software and ensure correct labeling and postage.
• Unpack returned items, verify condition, and initiate the Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) process.
• Receive supplier deliveries, verify against purchase orders, inspect condition, and process into inventory.
• Safely operate forklifts for moving large and heavy items.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Basic understanding of shipping/receiving/warehouse processes.
• Previous lift truck experience preferred.
• Organizational skills, ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize workload.
• Ability to teach others with compassion and understanding of diverse learning styles.

• Warehouse technician duties performed in a manufacturing or warehouse setting.
• Manual dexterity tasks, use of hand and small power tools.
• Lifting, carrying, pushing, or pulling heavy objects up to 50 lbs.; standing for extended periods; reaching, bending, stooping, climbing, or crouching as required.
• Navigate lift trucks safely around others in a manufacturing environment.
