RN, Registered Nurse - Full Time
Day and Night shift needed! 12 hour / shift.
NHC Clinton, located in South Carolina upstate and a short drive from Greenville, is looking for a day and night shift nurse. The 131‑bed skilled nursing facility seeks an RN with a positive attitude, dependable and punctual, quick learner with electronic documentation.
Responsibilities- Work with the interdisciplinary care team to assure accurate patient assessment and development of individualized plans of care.
- Maintain open and ongoing communication with patients and families.
- Assure that appropriate nursing care is being provided.
- Assist with meds and treatments as needed and other patient care duties as assigned.
