RN - TELE

Night shift: 3x12 hours (19:00 - 07:30), with weekend coverage required every other weekend.

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse with experience in a telemetry unit to provide high‑quality care for inpatient adults with actual or potential life‑threatening multisystem or cardiac conditions. The candidate will be responsible for the management of cardiovascular diagnoses including, but not limited to, sepsis, myocardial infarction, unstable angina, and coronary artery disease.

• Administer vasoactive and antiarrhythmic drug therapy.
• Provide thrombolytic therapy and perform defibrillation/cardioversion procedures.
• Conduct thoracentesis and cardiac telemetry monitoring.
• Monitor EKGs and non‑invasive blood pressure.
• Float to other units or facilities as needed.

• Active SC RN license.
• ACLS, BLS, and NIHSS certifications are mandatory.
• Minimum of 1 year of recent experience in a telemetry unit.
• 1 year of EPIC experience is required.
