LPN - ICU

Registered Nurse - Night Shift (3x12-Hour) Assignment Duration

This is a 13-week contract position.

Shift: 3x12 hour nights from 19:00 to 07:30. Weekend coverage required every other weekend but may vary based on facility needs.

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team for a night shift role. The RN will be responsible for providing care to adult and geriatric patients in an inpatient setting, particularly those with life-threatening multisystem or cardiac conditions.

• Monitor and assess patients with complex cardiovascular diagnoses, including sepsis, MI, unstable angina, and Coronary Artery Disease.
• Administer IV antiarrhythmic therapy, vasoactive infusions, and anticoagulation as needed.
• Conduct vital sign monitoring and blood glucose testing.
• Manage colostomy/ileostomy care and feeding tubes.
• Implement isolation precautions and adhere to PPE protocols.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary support teams including Physical Therapy, Respiratory Services, and Pharmacy.

• Minimum of 2 years of charge experience in a relevant nursing setting.
• Must possess ACLS, BLS, NIHSS certifications, and a valid South Carolina nursing license.
• Experience with telemetry monitoring and cardiovascular patient care.
