LVN​/LPN – Telemetry

Job Summary:

Seeking an experienced LVN/LPN to provide high-quality nursing care to adult and geriatric patients in a telemetry unit. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong clinical skills and the ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Administer medications and treatments accurately according to physician orders.
• Monitor patient vital signs and cardiac rhythms continuously using telemetry equipment.
• Document patient care activities, assessments, and response to interventions.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to coordinate care plans.
• Respond promptly to patient emergencies and initiate appropriate interventions.
• Maintain compliance with all regulatory and safety standards.

Qualifications:

• Hold a valid LVN or LPN license in good standing.
• Possess at least 1 year of recent telemetry experience in an acute care setting.
• Be proficient in use of electronic medical records, preferably EPIC.
• Demonstrate excellent communication and critical thinking skills.
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends if required.
• Maintain current CPR and BLS certifications.
