Warehouse Technician
Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities
Attention to Detail:- Required to minimize errors and ensure accurate documentation.
- Perform quality checks on all outgoing and incoming shipments.
- Must consistently adhere to work schedules.
- Must be dependable in carrying out responsibilities to completion.
- Locate the correct parts based on the order details. Stocking kanbans.
- Ensure proper pulling, packing, and labeling of parts orders for shipping.
- Utilize spray foam and pre-shaped foam inserts to secure items in shipping boxes.
- Ensure that all items are packed in a manner that prevents damage during transit.
- Process UPS and Fed Ex domestic orders through the respective shipping software.
- Ensure that all packages have correct labeling and postage before dispatch.
- Unpack returned items and verify their condition.
- Initiate the Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) process in the system.
- Receive supplier deliveries and verify against purchase orders.
- Inspect the condition of received goods and process them into inventory.
- Safely operate forklifts for the movement of large and heavy items

Education and Experience Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Basic understanding of shipping/receiving/warehouse process and previous lift truck experience preferred
Skills and Abilities
- Organizational skills:
Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously and prioritize workload to meet deadlines. - Ability to teach others with compassion and understanding that all people learn differently

Warehouse Technicians typically work in a manufacturing or production environment. This may involve working in a factory or warehouse setting to perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The Warehouse Technician position requires the ability to perform manual dexterity tasks, including using hand and small power tools, and may involve lifting, carrying, pushing, or pulling heavy objects or equipment. The work may also require the ability to reach, bend, stoop, climb, or crouch in order to perform warehouse tasks The successful candidate must be able to perform these physical demands with or without reasonable accommodation.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Ability to stand for extended periods. Ability to safety navigate lift trucks around others in a manufacturing environment.
