Faith Promise is looking for a part‑time Student Director who is passionate about joining a team that is going to Win the World. This role will report to the Campus Pastor – Anderson and will be responsible for leading and growing the Student Ministry. It will require an individual to possess and develop exceptional leadership, team building, teaching, and management skills.

• Own the implementation of the vision, values and goals for the ministry of Faith Promise Church and fp Students at the Anderson campus
• Recruit, equip, train, and develop Student Ministry volunteers, building a Leader Care Structure to support and build the Student Ministry
• Oversee campus student events (i.e. weekly student service) and be part of the leadership during all‑campus student events (i.e. Fusion, summer camp, retreats)
• Teach, or oversee the teaching, during campus student services
• Perform all other duties assigned by the Anderson Campus Pastor

This position is a part-time, non-exempt role with an expected schedule of 20 hours per week. Employees accrue paid Vacation and PTO time. Compensation is determined based on education and experience.
