Controls Engineer - Hybrid
Salary: $80,000 - $130,000 per year

- Design, develop, and implement control systems for industrial machinery and equipment, ensuring optimal performance and reliability.
- Collaborate with project teams to define control system requirements and specifications.
- Program and configure control systems, including PLCs, HMIs, and SCADA systems.
- Conduct thorough testing and debugging of control systems to identify and resolve any issues or malfunctions.
- Collaborate with engineering to integrate control systems with overall machine design.
- Monitor and analyze control system performance data, identify areas for improvement, and propose appropriate solutions.
- Provide technical support and guidance to maintenance and operations teams, assisting in troubleshooting and resolving control system-related issues.
- BS in electrical engineering or related field.
- Proven experience in designing, programming, and implementing control systems for industrial processes.
- Strong knowledge of PLC programming (Allen Bradley, Siemens, or similar), HMI design, and SCADA systems.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as ladder logic, structured text, or function block diagram.
- Experience in troubleshooting and debugging control systems, with a solid understanding of electrical and mechanical components.
- Familiarity with industry standards and regulations related to control system design and safety.
