Job Summary

Full‑time JANITOR position with ESFM at 3M – 400 J.D. Yarnell Industrial Parkway, Clinton, Tennessee 37716.

Schedule:

Full time; days and hours may vary.
Pay: $15.00 to $15.50 per hour.
Requirements:
Prior janitorial experience required.

• Collect and dispose of trash following approved procedures and infection control plans.
• Dust and damp mop floors following approved procedures.
• Move equipment and furniture for proper cleaning and re‑place furniture in correct placement.
• Clean assigned areas using assigned materials and equipment; sanitize all surfaces following the eight‑step cleaning procedure.
• Wash walls, windows, furniture, baseboards and other items to maintain a clean, safe environment for patients, visitors and staff.
• Seek out areas requiring cleaning; take initiative to complete the task.
• Complete all tasks assigned by supervisor.
• Perform tasks in accordance with all federal, state and county guidelines.
• Strip, scrub, buff and refinishes floors; shampoo carpet.
• Contribute to the team; exhibit professionalism with customers, fellow employees and others.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
