Position Summary Manages general maintenance schedule and daily activity.
Supervisory Responsibilities Manages members in the general maintenance Department. Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training members; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining members; addressing complaints and resolving problems.
Position Responsibilities
- Determines the annual and future targets for department.
- Determines annual and monthly activity plans based on targets.
- Makes and controls departmental budget.
- Controls department workload.
- Maintain sales activity.
- Develops and maintains training program for general maintenance team members.
- Controls the schedules for general maintenance and preventative maintenance.
- Other duties may be assigned.
