Shift and Pay

Available Shift: 2nd Shift (2:30 - 10:30 pm) and 3rd Shift (10:30 pm - 6:30 am)

Pay: $20.34 - $21.11 an hour – this includes $1.00 differential

Preferred candidates will be individuals who can work on their feet for extended periods, are willing to work overtime and weekends as needed, and are adaptable to a fast‑paced retail environment.

• Perform basic assembly of components and sub-assemblies.
• Operate resistance spot weld machines or laser machines.
• Assist Hot Stamp Operator with set‑up and operation of hot stamp lines.
• Perform basic safety inspections on equipment and record data.
• Complete SPC (Statistical Process Control) checks and charts as required.
• Follow instructions to ensure accurate production.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Adhere to safety guidelines and protocols.

• Proficient in using power tools and hand tools for fabrication and assembly.
• Mechanical knowledge to understand equipment operation.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and meet production deadlines.
• Able to work in a warm environment during summer time.
• Strong attention to detail and quality control.
• Experience working in a manufacturing setting is preferred.
• Ability to understand verbal work instructions provided in English.
