This is a full-time 2nd shift position at our Clinton, Tennessee facility. Overtime may be required based on production needs.

Powder Cote II is a leader in electrocoating and powder coating for the automotive industry. Located just 20 minutes north of Knoxville, TN. Our Clinton, TN facility operates with a strong focus on quality, safety, and continuous improvement.

We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented System Process Technician to support our coating systems and ensure consistent production performance.

The System Process Technician is responsible for monitoring, maintaining, and adjusting process systems to ensure proper chemical balance, system efficiency, and product quality.

This role plays a critical part in supporting production operations by recording data, performing system checks, and assisting with troubleshooting to maintain consistent performance throughout the shift.

• Monitor and record system process data
• Perform routine testing and chemical checks
• Adjust system parameters as required
• Assist with troubleshooting minor process issues
• Maintain accurate documentation and logs
• Ensure compliance with safety and environmental standards
• Communicate process concerns to supervisors and maintenance staff
• Support continuous improvement initiatives

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong attention to detail
• Basic math and measurement skills
• Mechanical aptitude preferred
• Ability to read gauges, meters, and system indicators
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Manufacturing or industrial experience preferred

• Industrial manufacturing facility
• Exposure to production equipment and process systems
• Standing and walking for extended periods
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds as needed
