SL TENNESSEE is seeking a Senior Manufacturing Engineering Leader to drive Injection Molding, Painting and Assembly operations. You will develop and implement manufacturing strategies, automation systems and ongoing process improvements to maximize OEE and cost performance.
The role requires leading Manufacturing Engineers and Technicians, managing resources, KPIs and projects, ensuring IATF 16949 compliance, CAPEX planning, and seamless new program launches from development to mass production.
