We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Machine Operator – Woodworking to join our growing team as a shop assistant. The role involves operating woodworking machinery and hand tools, understanding product lines, machine and assembly standards, and installation techniques, and maintaining shop equipment.

• Operate woodworking machinery and hand tools.
• Understand company product lines, machinery, assembly standards, and installation techniques.
• Follow quality and safety standards.
• Maintain shop equipment according to an established schedule.
• Understand cut lists for daily jobs.
• Complete additional tasks or projects as defined by the Production Manager.

• Experience in the woodworking or cabinet‑making fields preferred (32mm systems).
• Experience with woodworking equipment and hand tools.
• Excellent problem‑solving skills, able to multitask in a fast‑paced environment.
• Some prior woodworking experience preferred but not required.

• Pay: $22/hr.
• Working hours:
  
  Monday through Friday, no weekends, no required overtime.
