Schedule:
Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM-3:15 PM - Work Schedule:
Day Shift: 7:00 AM - 7:15 PM - Bi-weekly 2-2-3 schedule:
- Week 1:
Work Monday–Tuesday, off Wednesday–Thursday, work Friday–Sunday - Week 2:
Off Monday–Tuesday, work Wednesday–Thursday, off Friday–Sunday - Every other weekend is a 3 day weekend
- Week 1:
- Perform checks of equipment, materials, and product; monitor extruders.
- Adjust the extruder, die, water, and vacuum to maintain product quality.
- Ensure the pipe print line is applied according to the Quality Manual.
- Ensure product dimensions, tolerances, and appearance meet quality standards and inform the Supervisor or Lead of any changes.
- Perform SDR and size changes, setup, and changeover activities.
- Document product dimensions accurately.
- Correct output, quality, speed, and tooling changes as needed.
- Coordinate changes with other extrusion line operators.
- Report unsafe or broken equipment.
- Participate in training, safety, and continuous improvement activities.
- High School diploma preferred.
- Basic math/measurement & reading comprehension skills
- At least 1 year of equipment or machine operation experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Ability to use measuring devices and hand tools.
- Ability to follow work instructions and use basic math.
- Material handling and forklift experience.
- Ability to move around obstacles and wear required PPE.
- Ability to stand and walk for 8-12 hours.
- Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs.
- Ability to climb, reach, squat, and bend.
- Ability to work in environments with temperature variation and noise.

The compensation for this position is typically start at $17.50/Hour.
The actual base pay offered to the successful candidate will be based on multiple factors, including but not limited to job-related knowledge/skills, experience, geographical location, and internal equity. The compensation package may also include short and long-term incentive compensation.
