We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Machine Operator to join our growing team. The role involves operating woodworking machinery and hand tools while supporting the production process.

• Operate woodworking machinery and hand tools.
• Understand company product lines, machinery, assembly standards, and installation techniques.
• Follow quality and safety standards.
• Maintain shop equipment according to an established schedule.
• Understand cut lists for daily jobs.
• Perform additional tasks or projects as assigned by the Production Manager.

• Preferred experience in woodworking or cabinet‑making (32 mm systems).
• Familiarity with woodworking equipment and hand tools.
• Excellent problem‑solving skills and ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment.
• Woodworking experience is preferred but not required.

• Pay: $22 per hour.
• Monday through Friday, no weekends, no required overtime.
