Welder

We are seeking an experienced Fluxcore Welder to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience performing FCAW (Flux Core Arc Welding) on structural steel, heavy equipment, or fabrication projects while maintaining quality and safety standards. Responsibilities:
Perform fluxcore welding on metal components and structural materials Read and interpret blueprints, weld symbols, and fabrication drawings Set up and operate welding equipment safely and efficiently Inspect completed welds to ensure quality and accuracy Grind, cut, and prepare materials for welding as needed Maintain a clean and safe work environment Follow all company safety procedures and production deadlines Requirements:
Previous fluxcore welding experience required Ability to pass an on-site welding test Ability to read tape measures and blueprints Familiarity with hand and power tools Strong attention to detail and workmanship Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods Reliable transportation and good attendance

Preferred Qualifications:

Structural steel or fabrication experience Certifications in FCAW welding Experience working in a manufacturing or industrial environment Schedule and pay may vary based on experience and project needs.
