We are looking for a compassionate Home Health Aide (HHA) or Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in the Clinton, TN area to provide assistance in daily living and personal care services in patients’ homes in accordance with a physician-established care plan.

This role is a 1099 contract opportunity, with care provided at the patient’s residence. The current scheduling needs for this position will be established between the HHA/CNA, patient, and case manager.

Shift: Fridays 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM. This role is suitable for PRN or part-time scheduling.

Offers are contingent upon passing a background check.

• Executes physician prescribed plans of care and compliant documentation of care provided in system of record.
• Administers prescribed treatments and therapies.
• Performs patient assessments and coordination of care.
• Performs activities related to daily living, communications, and monitoring of vitals in the patient’s home.
• Engages with patients in a one-on-one setting in a comfortable environment.
• Communicates with family members, doctors, and other prescribed individuals regarding the patient’s health.
• Performs other personal care services as needed to meet the patient’s needs.

• Current CPR, First Aid, and 2-Step TB Test
• Prefer experience in a clinical care setting; home health preferred.
• Good interpersonal skills.
• Prolonged standing and walking required, with ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and move patients.
• Requires hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity.

Compensation: $16 - $20 an hour
