As a NP/PA with Ulta Care Medical, you will become a valued leader and advocate for residents in a variety of post-acute settings. Our opportunity is designed for those who appreciate a balance between professional fulfillment and personal flexibility.
Essential Functions and Responsibilities- Medical Management. Primary responsibility for primary care services, acute care services, routine monitoring of chronic conditions.
- Quality Improvement. Implementing best practices to avoid hospitalizations and emergency department visits and maximize functional improvements and quality of life.
- Team Support:
Collaborate and provide clinical support to nurse practitioners, typically one per facility, empowering them with guidance and sharing medical expertise. - Regulatory Compliance.
- Annual compensation ranges from $110,000 to $120,000, based on volume. You are in control of your earning potential.
- Monthly Bonus Potential:
