Are you a hands-on quality leader with a passion for continuous improvement and manufacturing excellence? We are seeking an experienced Quality Manager to lead a team of approximately 38 professionals across Quality Engineering, Supplier Quality, Quality Systems, Metrology, Validation, and Production Quality. This is a high-impact leadership role with the opportunity to shape quality strategy, mentor teams, and drive operational performance within a fast-paced automotive manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead, coach, and develop quality teams while fostering a proactive quality culture.
  • Drive improvements in first-pass yield, scrap reduction, defect prevention, and overall product quality.
  • Lead root cause investigations and corrective actions using methodologies such as 8D, 5 Why, Fishbone, FTA, and Pareto Analysis.
  • Support production operations through active floor presence and problem-solving leadership.
  • Manage customer quality concerns, audits, containment activities, and corrective action plans.
  • Ensure compliance with IATF 16949, ISO standards, and customer requirements.
  • Provide leadership for APQP, PPAP, PFMEA, Control Plans, SPC, MSA, and new product launches.
  • Oversee Supplier Quality, Metrology, and Validation functions.
Qualifications
  • 7+ years of automotive quality experience.
  • 2+ years of quality management or leadership experience.
  • Strong OEM or Tier 1 automotive manufacturing background.
  • Proven success leading corrective actions and improving quality metrics.
  • Experience with IATF 16949, APQP, PPAP, and quality systems.
  • Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, CQE, or related certifications are a plus.
