Assist Store Manager with inventory management, merchandise presentation, and customer service;
Ensure a safe working environment and protect company assets; ensure food handling compliance;
Train associates in proper presentation, freshness, pricing, and safe handling of perishable products;
Record inventory levels and perishable markdowns; analyze causes and take corrective action to prevent recurrences.
