Part-Time Commercial Business Developer (B2B Cleaning Services) P&N Professional Cleaning LLC is seeking an experienced Part-Time Commercial Business Developer to help grow our commercial cleaning business. This is not an entry-level sales position. We're looking for a results-driven professional with experience in B2B sales who understands how to secure commercial cleaning contracts and build long-term relationships with business decision-makers. If you have an established network of business contacts and know how to generate recurring commercial accounts, we'd like to hear from you.

• Pay: $23.00–$25.00 per hour (based on experience)
• Hours:
  
  Starting at 8 hours per week, with the opportunity to transition into a full-time position as the company grows and business needs increase.
• Schedule:
  
  Flexible (Monday–Friday)
• Territory:
  Knoxville, Clinton, Oak Ridge, Maryville, and surrounding East Tennessee.

• Prospect and develop new commercial cleaning accounts
• Visit local businesses and meet with decision-makers
• Build relationships with business owners, office managers, facility managers, property managers, church administrators, and purchasing departments
• Present P&N Professional Cleaning's commercial cleaning services
• Prepare professional proposals and negotiate service agreements
• Close recurring commercial cleaning contracts
• Develop long-term client relationships
• Maintain an organized sales pipeline and consistently follow up with prospects
• Represent P&N Professional Cleaning with professionalism and integrity in the community

We are looking for someone who:

• Has 3–5+ years of successful B2B outside sales experience
• Has experience selling commercial services
• Has an established network of local business contacts
• Knows how to identify and reach decision-makers
• Has a proven track record of winning commercial contracts
• Has excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
• Is self-motivated, organized, and goal-oriented
• Can work independently with minimal supervision
• Has reliable transportation and a valid driver's license

• Experience selling to or working with:
  Property Management Companies, Apartment Complexes, Office Buildings, Medical Offices, Churches, Warehouses, Manufacturing Facilities, Schools, Retail Businesses, Government Offices, Industrial Facilities
• Experience selling commercial cleaning, janitorial services, facility management, security services, pest control, landscaping, uniforms, waste management, office supplies, or other B2B services is highly preferred

• Hourly Pay $23.00–$25.00 per hour
• Flexible part-time schedule
• Starting at 8 hours per week, with the potential for full-time employment as the company expands
• Residual Commission:
  Earn 3% of the monthly net profit from every recurring commercial account you bring in
• As long as your client remains active with P&N Professional Cleaning LLC, you will continue earning your monthly residual commission
• Monthly Production Bonus:
  Earn additional cash bonuses when you bring in new recurring commercial clients during the same month
• 3 new recurring clients: $150 Bonus
• 5 new recurring clients: $250 Bonus
• 8 new recurring clients: $400 Bonus
• 10 new recurring clients: $500 Bonus
• Large Contract Bonus:
  Close a recurring commercial contract worth $5,000 or more per month: $250 Bonus
• Close a recurring commercial contract worth $10,000 or more per month: $500 Bonus
• Client Retention Bonus:
  Receive a $250 Annual Bonus if the clients you signed remain active for 12 consecutive months
