Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and staff by carrying out access control procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities;
Monitor entry and exit points, verify credentials and visitor authorizations, and help to deter unauthorized access to the property and restricted areas;
Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting relevant details and communicating with building management and/or emergency personnel as needed;
Conduct regular and random patrols around the building, lobby areas, parking areas, and perimeter;
Support daily operations by assisting with visitor logs, contractor access, package and delivery coordination, and other security-related tasks tied to access management
