** What You'll Do:*
* + Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and staff by carrying out access control procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities appropriate to a commercial real estate location.

+ Monitor entry and exit points, verify credentials and visitor authorizations, and help to deter unauthorized access to the property and restricted areas.

+ Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting relevant details and communicating with building management and/or emergency personnel as needed.

+ Conduct regular and random patrols around the building, lobby areas, parking areas, and perimeter, with working environments and conditions varying by location.

+ Support daily operations by assisting with visitor logs, contractor access, package and delivery coordination, and other security-related tasks tied to access management.

* Minimum Requirements:

* + At least 1 year of security-related experience is required.

+ A guard card and/or license is preferred.

+ Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

+ Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

+ Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

+ Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
