We are currently accepting applications for OTR Class A drivers for a high-mileage operation. This position offers a straightforward pay structure, modern fleet equipment, and a 100% no-touch freight policy. • Weekly Mileage:
  High-volume lanes averaging 2,300 – 3,000 miles.
• Freight Handling: 100% No-Touch; roughly 60% consists of Drop & Hook.
• Equipment: 2021 or newer Kenworth and Freightliner models.
• Route Policy:
  No forced dispatch to New York City.

• Base Rate: $0.54 – $0.60 CPM (Experience-based).
• Weekly Gross: $1,300 – $1,500 (Top earners reach $1,750+).
• Sign-On: $2,000 Total ($500 paid after the initial load).
• Support: 24/7 technical and dispatch assistance.

• Rider/Pet Policy:
  Allowed from day one of employment.

• Licensing:
  Valid Class A CDL; 21+ years of age.
• Experience:
  
  At least 90 days of recent solo tractor-trailer time (40ft+).
• Safety:
  Clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR).
• Background:
  No SAP;
  No DUI convictions within the last 60 months.
• Screening:
  Must pass all DOT-required drug and physical examinations.
