Customer Service Rep (Part‑time)

The Customer Service Rep supports daily operations of a Domino's Pizza store, handling customer orders, inventory, and store cleanliness. Shift times are flexible, offering opportunities for growth within the company.

• Stock ingredients from delivery area to storage and work area.
• Prepare product and receive/process telephone orders.
• Take inventory and complete related paperwork.
• Clean equipment and facility on a daily basis.
• Enter orders using computer keyboard or touch screen.
• Process orders verbally and over the phone.
• Provide orientation and training as a new team member.

• Minimum age 16 years.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Basic arithmetic: add, subtract, multiply, divide accurately and quickly (calculator may be used).
• Ability to give correct written instructions.
• Rapid and accurate motor coordination between eyes and hands.
• Accurate monetary change making.
• Reading and using a computer keyboard or touch screen.

• Exposure to varying temperatures (36°F to above 90°F) and occasional adverse weather when performing outdoor tasks.
• Exposure to food fumes, cornmeal dust, and hot surfaces/tools up to 500°F.
• Physical requirements:
  
  standing, walking, lifting (up to 50 lb), carrying, pushing pushes of trays, and fine motor tasks like using a pizza cutter.
• Manual dexterity includes frequent hand use and precise movements.

Orientation and on‑the‑job training will be provided. Team members may occasionally use ladders and perform tasks such as moving heavy ingredients, operating the oven, and handling large pizza dough trays.
