As a Service Technician at Nova Windows, you'll be responsible for servicing, repairing, and maintaining residential and commercial window systems. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to start or grow a career in the trades with hands‑on training and long‑term growth potential.

• Diagnose and repair window‑related issues (adjustments, hardware replacement, sealing, etc.)

• Perform routine service and maintenance on installed windows

• Communicate professionally with customers and explain service work clearly

• Complete service reports and documentation accurately

• Maintain tools, equipment, and company vehicle

• Follow safety guidelines and company procedures at all job sites

• Work closely with the service and installation teams

• No prior experience required (training provided)

• Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn

• Strong work ethic and attention to detail

• Good communication and customer service skills

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in various weather conditions

• Valid driver's license and clean driving record preferred

• Reliable transportation to Clinton, UT
