We are seeking a high‑calibre, hands‑on operator to lead The Brown Cow into its next phase of growth. The ideal candidate will demonstrate:

• Proven background in running a high‑quality pub, restaurant, or hospitality venue, preferably with food‑led trade.
• Strong operational skills across staffing, stock, compliance, financial management, and customer experience.
• Ability to maintain and grow the pub’s reputation for excellent food and warm hospitality through events, seasonal menus, and function bookings.
• A natural host who thrives in village‑pub environments and enjoys building rapport with locals
• Commitment to creating a welcoming, inclusive atmosphere for families, diners, locals, walkers, and dog owners.
• Skilled at promoting the pub’s offer, using both community engagement and digital channels.

The living accommodation consists of one bedroom, lounge, kitchen and bathroom
