We’re looking for someone who is highly organized, compassionate, and detail-oriented. If you enjoy coordinating processes, supporting families, and ensuring important details never fall through the cracks, this could be your perfect fit.

The Role

As an Enrollment Coordinator, you’ll serve as a central point of contact for families seeking autism services. You’ll help guide families through the enrollment process, coordinate communication between departments, maintain accurate records, and ensure a positive experience from initial inquiry through service connection.

Your days will be structured yet meaningful—balancing family communication, referral management, scheduling, documentation, and collaboration with internal teams. While occasional community outreach activities may occur, the primary focus of this role is administrative coordination and family support.

What You’ll Do
  • Coordinate Family Inquiries:
Serve as a welcoming first point of contact for families exploring our services, ensuring they feel informed, supported, and connected from the start.
  • Manage Enrollment

    Activities:

Guide families through enrollment requirements, collect necessary information, and help ensure a smooth transition into services.
  • Maintain Records:
Track referrals, inquiries, enrollment activities, and communications while maintaining accurate and organized documentation.
  • Coordinate Communication:
Facilitate communication between families and internal teams to support a seamless experience.
  • Support Community Connections:
Maintain referral source information and assist with outreach materials and occasional community engagement efforts.
  • Coordinate Scheduling:
Arrange tours, informational meetings, and appointments that support enrollment and family engagement.
  • Track Data and Reporting:
Maintain databases, monitor enrollment activity, and prepare reports to support organizational goals.
  • Collaborate Internally:
Work closely with clinical, operations, and leadership teams to ensure efficient processes and positive family experiences.
  • Champion Inclusion:
Model our values and advocate for individuals with autism and their families through professional, compassionate service.
Who You Are
  • An organized professional who thrives on managing details and keeping processes running smoothly.
  • A compassionate guide for families, able to communicate clearly and provide excellent customer service.
  • A detail-oriented coordinator who values accuracy, follow-through, and organization.
  • Comfortable working with databases, spreadsheets, and administrative systems.
  • A collaborative team member who enjoys supporting others and contributing to shared goals.
  • Passionate about inclusion, advocacy, and equity for individuals with autism.
  • Adaptable and dependable, able to manage multiple priorities while maintaining professionalism.
  • Organized and able to track enrollment activity, referrals, and communications to support organizational success.
Why This Role is Special
  • Meaningful Impact:
You’ll help families connect with services that can positively influence their lives.
  • Direct Connection:
Your work supports families during an important step in their journey and helps create a welcoming experience.

Every detail you manage contributes to high-quality support and service delivery.
  • Mission-Driven Work:
Your efforts help create a more inclusive world for individuals with autism.
