About the Position
Seeking an inpatient-focused Gastroenterologist for a Locum to Perm opportunity. This role requires 24-hour call coverage and offers the opportunity to transition into a permanent position. ERCP is required, with EUS strongly preferred.

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide inpatient GI coverage and consults

• Perform inpatient and limited outpatient procedures

• Perform ERCP (EUS preferred)

• Manage adult-only patient population

• Use Cerner EMR for documentation

Requirements

• Board Certified or Board Eligible (within 3 years of residency)

• Active Iowa license or IMLC

• ERCP required; EUS highly preferred

• ACLS required

• Willing to work inpatient setting

• Clean malpractice and background history

• COVID vaccination required

• Must be interested in Locum to Perm
