Start Date:

December 24, 2025

Shift Length:  24 hours (max 2 shifts in a row)

On Call:  24/7 coverage required

Patient Volume:  8-bed OBED unit, with approximately 1,389 OBED visits/year and ~463 deliveries

EMR:  Epic

Responsibilities:

Manage inpatient OBED patients including emergent cases such as vaginal deliveries and C-sections

Care for patients without primary OB/GYN providers

Serve as part of Iowa’s only maternity transport team

Work independently with no APP supervision required

✅  Requirements:

BC/BE in OB/GYN

Active IA license or IMLC

Ability to start on  December 24, 2025  –  Required

Clean malpractice and background record
