Requirements

Board Certified or Board Eligible in Hematology and Oncology

Fellowship Trained with demonstrable experience in Hematology & Oncology

Active IA License or IMLC privileges

Clean malpractice history with recent Self-Query NPDB

Willingness to cover multiple sites as needed

Experienced in managing both inpatient and outpatient care, including telehealth

Strong patient assessment and chemotherapy management skills
