Automotive Finance Manager

Stew Hansen Buick GMC, a Ken Garff Automotive Dealership, is currently looking for an F&I Manager who embodies our core values of respect, integrity, growth, humility, and teamwork. The F&I Manager will provide exceptional service and financing options to customers, ensuring the vehicle purchase process is completed smoothly.

• Treat every customer in a friendly, professional manner, regardless of the customer’s financing or purchasing decision.
• Manage overall production of reserve income, F&I product penetrations, and income, as well as per-vehicle retail averages in accordance with company standards.
• Set up monthly forecasting in conjunction with the sales department and use the forecast to establish and meet monthly objectives.
• Submit all paperwork to and obtain approval from finance sources on all finance deals; finalize all paperwork necessary in the car deal in a timely manner and submit it to the accounting office.
• Collect and safeguard all money and fees required in the transactions.
• Assist the dealership in managing deal and cash flow in accordance with the company Contracts-In-Transit (CIT) guidelines.

• Friendly and cooperative with an ability to quickly connect with customers.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills; able to deal creatively, logically, and empathetically with customers and coworkers.
• Detail oriented with a preference for high quality and technical expertise.
• Previous experience in a dealership F&I Department, selling financial services, or auto sales.
• High School diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred.
• Must be able to provide references upon request.
