Assist residents with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, eating, hygiene, and mobility;
Monitor health, safety and well-being by taking and recording vitals and reporting changes to supervisor;
Assist with transfers, positioning, walking, and use of mobility aids to support resident mobility;
Document changes in residents’ functional status and care needs, and submit records monthly;
Maintain infection control and cleanliness standards in resident spaces; assist with light housekeeping and laundry as applicable
