Regional Market President

Is responsible for efficient, effective management of the Metro Branch full-service branch offices, ensuring that the established strategic plan, policies and procedures are followed. Directs Branch lending programs and supervises Branch lending functions. Delegates the appropriate responsibilities of day-to-day operations to the Branch Managers and/or other Branch supervisory staff to be available to make business calls, service bank customers and to represent the bank at civic and service club functions within the community.

• Bachelor's degree with emphasis in accounting/finance or equivalent experience required.
• Minimum of 15 years' experience of loan production in agricultural, commercial and consumer lending is supported by a solid production and relationship history.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in banking management, loan production management, and/or branch management with a proven history of performance.
• Additional bank specific training and schools.
