TIG Welder

Job Description

Labor Solutions is seeking a skilled TIG Welder to join our production team on 2nd shift. This role involves precision welding on a variety of materials and components, ensuring high-quality workmanship that meets both company and customer standards.

Hours: 2nd Shift | Monday–Thursday (4-Day Work Week)
Pay: $20–$23/hour (Depending on Experience)

Responsibilities

• Perform TIG (GTAW) welding on stainless steel, aluminum, and/or other materials
• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and welding symbols
• Set up welding equipment and select proper tools and materials
• Inspect completed welds for quality and accuracy
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment
• Follow all safety procedures and company guidelines
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production goals

Qualifications

• Previous TIG welding experience required (1+ year preferred)
• Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings
• Strong attention to detail and quality
• Ability to pass a weld test prior to hire
• Basic math and measurement skills
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
