Wage: $19.49 – $21.46 based on experience
Walnut Ridge is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant to join our Long‑Term Care team, working from 2:00 pm to 10:30 pm.
Walnut Ridge senior‑living community in Clive, Iowa, provides a supportive environment for employees and residents alike. Located just inside the I‑35 loop in Greater Des Moines, Clive offers convenient access to highways, hospitals, trails, retail, restaurants and services.

Responsibilities- Perform ADLs as scheduled and assist Resident Assistants as needed while maintaining consistency with regulations and best practices.
- Monitor changes in residents’ conditions.
- Transfer and assist residents with mobility using gait belts, mechanical lifts, etc.
- Ensure residents are cared for with dignity.
- Caregiving experience preferred but applicants without experience will still be considered.
- Certified Nursing Assistant certification required for Long‑Term Care;
Assisted Living does not require certification. - Demonstrated compatibility with the PHS mission and operating philosophies.
- Commitment to work every other weekend and scheduled holidays.
- Ability to read, write, speak and understand English for communication with all stakeholders.
