Registered Nurse (RN) – Behavioral Health

CLIVE, Iowa

Responsibilities
  • Provide compassionate inpatient and outpatient care for individuals who struggle with a behavioral health disorder or co‑occurring disorders.
  • Work closely with patients and their loved ones to help achieve personal treatment goals.
  • Maintain a secure, healing environment for patients, staff, and visitors.
Opportunity – Full‑Time (7a–7p, 7p–7a or 3–11pm, rotating weekends)
  • Up to $18,000 bonus for full time.
Part‑Time RN 7p–11:30p (flexible hours)
  • Part‑time schedule offered.

  • Clive Behavioral Health is a 100‑bed stand‑alone mental health hospital offering intensive inpatient, outpatient, and substance use disorder programs.
  • Provides comprehensive care with intensive outpatient programming for adolescents and a substance use disorder program for adults named First Step Recovery.

  • Current license or permit to practice as an RN in the state of employment.
