American Traveler is hiring an experienced RN for an Inpatient Rehab Facility position requiring 2+ years of rehab nursing experience and an active IA or compact RN license.

• Work in the Rehab Nursing unit of a 50-bed inpatient acute rehabilitation hospital
• Patient population includes individuals recovering from stroke, brain injury, neurological conditions, trauma, spinal cord injury, amputation, and orthopedic injury
• Day shift schedule from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM
• Every other weekend required

• Active RN license (Iowa or Compact) currently in hand
• AHA certifications required
• Minimum of 2 years of RN Rehab experience required
• Active Nursys/licensure verification required at time of consideration
• Copies of required certifications must be provided

• Provide comprehensive rehabilitation nursing care as part of a physical medicine and rehabilitation program focused on maximizing patient health, function, and quality of life
• Must reside more than 60 miles from the facility to be eligible for this assignment
• Candidates who have worked as permanent staff at any LifePoint facility within the last 12 months are not eligible
• Candidates cannot be employed elsewhere on a full-time basis
