Travel RN - Rehab - In Patient

Description

American Traveler is hiring an experienced RN for an Inpatient Rehab Unit position requiring 2+ years of rehab nursing experience and an active IA or compact RN license.

• Work in the Rehab Nursing IRF unit of a 50-bed inpatient acute rehabilitation hospital
• Patient population includes individuals recovering from stroke, brain injury, neurological conditions, trauma, spinal cord injury, amputation, and orthopedic injury
• 13-week assignment with day shift hours from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM
• Required to work every other weekend

• Active RN license (IA or Compact) currently in hand
• AHA certifications required
• Minimum of 2 years rehab nursing experience required
• Social Security number and date of birth required for consideration
• Active Nursys/licensure verification required at time of submission

• Provide comprehensive rehabilitation nursing care to patients recovering from severe injury or illness
• Must reside more than 60 miles from the facility to be eligible for the travel position
• Candidates who have worked as permanent staff at any LifePoint facility within the last 12 months are not eligible
• Cannot be employed elsewhere full time while on assignment
