Inside Sales Representative

Overview

Inside Sales Representative (B2B Outbound) – Full‑time, Remote (US).

Hours:

8:00–4:30 CST. This role focuses on generating new B2B accounts, building a pipeline, and meeting sales targets for J. J. Keller’s portfolio of safety and compliance solutions.

• Make outbound cold/warm calls to prospects and develop new B2B business.
• Conduct consultative discovery conversations, provide product overviews, and deliver basic demos.
• Build, manage, and document pipeline activity within CRM systems.
• Meet and exceed daily productivity goals and individual monthly sales targets.
• Learn and represent a broad portfolio including SaaS tools, compliance products, and safety solutions.

• Minimum 1 year of inside or phone‑based B2B sales experience.
• Strong communication, follow‑through, and customer engagement skills.
• High aptitude to learn technology quickly.
• High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree preferred.

• $55,000–$70,000 estimated first‑year earnings (base + monthly incentives).
• Full‑time | Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m.–4:30 p.m. CST.
• Option to work remote or in‑office (if local to Neenah, WI).
