• Meet with business owners, executives, and key decision-makers.

• Serve as a trusted advisor to prospective and existing clients.

• Generate and manage business opportunities.
• Conduct client presentations and consultations.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of prospects.
• Drive revenue growth through relationship-based selling.

• Present employee benefit options to clients and employees.
• Assist with employee enrollments and onboarding activities.
• Educate clients on available programs and services.
• Support benefit implementation and follow-up activities.

• Schedule and manage appointments.
• Conduct outreach and follow-up activities.
• Maintain records of client interactions and sales activities.
• Manage multiple client relationships simultaneously.

• Complete structured onboarding and training programs.
• Participate in daily coaching and performance development sessions.
• Continuously improve sales, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Follow proven sales processes and best practices.

• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Bachelor's Degree preferred but not required
