• Build genuine relationships and guide customers through a no-haggle buying experience
• Listen to customer needs and recommend vehicles that fit their lifestyle and budget
• Explain payment options and help customers make confident purchase decisions
• Provide an exceptional experience from the first interaction through delivery
• Follow up after the sale to build long-term customer loyalty
• Connect customers with our Service Department for their ongoing vehicle needs

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Prior sales experience, retail preferred
• Excellent interpersonal, consultative, and communication skills
• Proven ability to provide an exceptional customer experience
• Valid driver’s license and an acceptable and clean driving record
