As a Route Technician, you'll drive a company vehicle to homes and businesses throughout the Des Moines metro area, inspect properties, solve pest problems, educate customers, and provide the peace of mind that comes from protecting families and businesses. • Inspect residential and commercial properties for pest activity
• Perform pest control and extermination services safely and effectively
• Educate customers on preventing future pest problems
• Build strong relationships with customers through outstanding service
• Complete service reports using company software
• Recommend additional services when appropriate
• Maintain a clean, organized company vehicle
• Participate in ongoing training and team meetings
• Follow all safety procedures and company standards

• Lift and carry up to 50 pounds
• Comfortable working around insects and rodents
• Ability to pass a respirator fit test
  
  Must be able to meet respirator fit requirements.
• Comfortable working indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions

• Valid driver's license with a driving record that meets company standards
• Ability to pass pre‑employment testing
