Lead Pest Control Technician duties:- Lead & coordinate daily field execution (approx. 20–30% of time): support scheduling/reroutes, time-off coverage, service recovery, and escalation support for customer complaints/callbacks in partnership with the Service Manager.

Act as the primary point of contact for your crew day to day — assigning routes, checking in throughout the day, and stepping in to problem-solve when a job doesn't go as planned. Model the standard you expect from others through your own work. - Hold the Team Accountable:
Conduct ride-alongs and quality checks, and give direct, constructive feedback when service standards, safety protocols, or callback numbers slip. Follow through on corrective action — documenting concerns, setting clear expectations for improvement, and partnering with the Service Manager on next steps when performance doesn't turn around. - Drive team quality and culture: reinforce service standards through new-hire training/retraining, coaching/role-playing, feedback on callbacks/quality trends, and serve as a values/leadership ambassador (motivation, rewards, recognition); assist with light facilities-related tasks as needed.
- Inspecting and Treating:
You have a proven track record of taking accountability for your projects, going beyond just inspecting and treating, but also educating clients on preventative measures. - Effective Communication and Customer Focus:
Demonstrate teamwork and customer satisfaction by communicating effectively with team members and customers. Focus on consistently delivering top-notch service and setting clear expectations every time. - Quality Maintenance:
Uphold our standards and integrity by maintaining high service standards on all accounts. - Initiative and Responsibility:
You’re not just looking for a job, but a career where you can grow. You take the initiative to seek additional training and responsibility, going beyond your regular duties. - Sales and Service Suggestions:
Utilize a team-oriented approach and open communication to suggest and sell services effectively and to meet customer needs. - Training and Meetings:
You are keen on both independent learning and collaborative growth through team meetings and training sessions, always looking for ways to improve your skills and those of the team. - Flexible
Hours:
Show your positive attitude and willingness to work flexible hours. - Safe Driving:
Operate company vehicles with adherence to safety standards and traffic laws.
- Experience Requirements:
You have a history of public-facing roles where you had to adapt your communication style to meet the needs of diverse clients. You are tech-savvy and comfortable learning new software - Physical Requirements:
