• Manage logistics for parts and equipment to/from customers, satellite stores, and vendors on behalf of the dealership
• Work closely with Parts Manager, Inventory Control Administrator, Parts Counter employees, and Shipping and Receiving Clerk with coordination
• Manage the delivery and receiving log
• Unload truck each night
• Turn in all paperwork and undelivered parts
• Maintain the department truck(s): check oil with each fill‑up, ensure the truck is lubricated the first week of each month, and obtain annual state safety inspections when due

• 1 to 2 years of prior experience in parts or in a driving/delivery position preferred
• A valid in‑state driver’s license and a good driving record, per company standards
• Proficient computer skills
• Ability to meet the physical requirements of the role: drive company‑provided vehicles 6-8 hours per shift and lift and transport parts weighing up to 70 pounds several times a day
• Previous forklift use is a plus
• Must have the ability to read and comprehend instructions and information in English with strong communication skills
• High school diploma or equivalent
