Member Service Representative ; MSR​/Teller

Member Service Representative I (MSR I)/Teller Northwoods Credit Union (NCU) is seeking to fill a Member Service Representative (Teller) position in one of our Cloquet, MN locations. This Full Time, entry-level position works varied hours between 7:00 AM - 5:30 PM, (typically 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM) Monday - Friday, with rotating Saturday shifts, 9:00 AM - 12:00 PM. Founded in 1936 in a small trailer on paper mill property, Northwoods Credit Union began with five paper mill employees who had a vision of offering fairly priced financial products and excellent service to their hardworking coworkers. Today, we continue to serve the employees of select employer groups as well as anyone who lives, works, goes to school, volunteers, or attends church in Carlton, Pine, and St.

As a Member Service Representative, you start each day ready to provide excellent customer service as the first point of contact for our members. You cheerfully greet current and prospective members, taking the time to really listen to their needs. With efficiency and accuracy, you process routine financial transactions such as deposits, withdrawals, transfers, loan payments, and cashing checks. Utilizing your product knowledge, you help each member understand how they can make the most of our products and services to meet their financial needs.

You always make a great first impression and enjoy nurturing ongoing member relationships while serving NCU's vision of building life-long relationships, one member at a time.

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Proficiency with Word, Excel, Outlook, and other commonly used office software
• 10-key skills
• Ability to become proficient with our core processing and other financial platforms
• Strong customer service skills
